Cuatrecasas has advised Ferruan Inversiones on Corporate Restructuring and stake acquisition matters related to Grupo Aldesa

A Cuatrecasas team has advised Ferruan Inversiones on the Corporate Restructuring of the Fernández family in the Spanish construction group Aldesa, the acquisition by China Railway Construction Corporation of 75% of the Aldesa Group, and on the signing of the shareholders’ agreement and supplementary agreements.
