Cuatrecasas acts for Ribera Salud on Hospital de Povisa deal

Cuatrecasas advised Ribera Salud on the acquisition of 93 per cent of Hospital de Povisa from the Grupo Nosa Terra XXI.

Povisa is a private hospital in Spain that works with the Galician Health Service and provides care to around 134,000 people.

Ribera Salud is a group specialising in the management of healthcare projects. Its main shareholder is the US group Centene Corporation, which has a 90 per cent stake.

The Cuatrecasas team was led by partners Juan José Ruiz (pictured, top) and Jorge Robles (pictured, bottom).
