Cuatrecasas acts for Norma Doors on Lacus Group deal

Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira advised Norma Doors Technologies in relation to Lacus Group’s acquisition of a stake in the Spanish door manufacturer, according to Mergermarket.

As a result of the deal, Lacus has a 78 per cent shareholding in Norma Doors.

The transaction will involve the refinancing of short-term debt and an increase in capital, which will be worth nearly €9 million to Norma Doors.

Lacus Group is owned by the Tarragó Pujol family, former co-owners of the Ficosa Group.
