Uría Menéndez advises Miura on GH sale
Uría Menéndez advised Miura Private Equity on the sale of Valencia-headquartered GH Electrotermia to ParkOhio.
ParkOhio instructed Squire Patton Boggs on the deal.
GH, which designs and manufactures induction heating equipment, has operations in Spain, India, Germany, China and the US, and has 4,000 machines installed worldwide.
The transaction was valued at €29 million, according to Mergermarket.
US-headquartered ParkOhio provides supply chain management services.
