Cuatrecasas acts for Martifer on the sale of six Spanish solar farms to Finerge for €23.5m

Cuatrecasas advised Martifer in the sale of six Spanish photovoltaic plants to Portuguese renewable energy group Finerge

As a result of the acquisition, Finerge now has a total installed capacity of 1,049 MW.

The assets are located in Huelva, Seville and Salamanca.

The team from Cuatrecasas was led by Lisbon-based partner Mariana Norton dos Reis (pictured) and included Madrid-based partner Luis Pérez de Ayala and associate Álvaro López de Ceballos.
