CMS recruits Susana Estêvão Gonçalves from Uría Menéndez

Lisbon firm CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut has hired Susana Estêvão Gonçalves from Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho as a senior associate.

Estêvão Gonçalves (pictured) specialises in tax. She has particular expertise in the areas of international tax planning, M&A, real estate operations, project finance and wealth management.

She spent 11 years at Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho.

With the incorporation of Estêvão Gonçalves, the CMS tax team in Portugal consists of ten lawyers, two of which are partners.
