CMS Portugal promotes Cláudia Antunes da Silva to managing associate
CMS Portugal has promoted Cláudia Antunes da Silva to managing associate within its Commercial Law practice group. Cláudia Antunes da Silva focuses primarily on commercial law, advising a broad range of national and international clients on the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, as well as providing ongoing legal support across the full scope of their business activities.
In addition, she has developed significant expertise in banking and finance, insurance, civil law, and related litigation. A particular area of focus is advising financial institutions and financial companies on civil law (contracts), consumer credit, and the applicable regulatory and supervisory framework.
