CMS Portugal advises Vinci Energies on purchase of Truewind
CMS Portugal has advised Vinci Energies Portugal on the purchase of the Portuguese technology company Truewind – Sistemas de Informação (“Truewind”).
Truewind, founded 27 years ago, employs around two hundred people in offices in Portugal, the USA, the UK, Benelux and Brazil. The technology company, led by João Campos, specialises in “low-code” in the OutSystems ecosystem and had revenues of more than 11 million euros last year.
CMS Portugal’s team involved in this transaction was led by (pictured clockwise from top left) Francisco Xavier de Almeida, Corporate M&A partner, with the participation of, David Apolónia, senior associate, Catarina Arriaga Sampaio, senior associate, and Francisco Verdelho, associate.
The sellers, Truewind, was advised by Ferreira Pinto Cardigos and the respective team was led by partner Magdalena Ivanova Ilieva.
