Pérez-Llorca incorporates new partner
Pérez-Llorca has announced today the incorporation of Yolanda Azanza as new partner to strengthen its capital markets practice, as part of Pérez-Llorca’s ‘Women in Corporate’ program.
Azanza with 27 years of experience working in the Madrid office of a reputable international firm, she is a specialist in all aspects of capital markets and represents issuers and placement banks in cross-border transactions, including convertible bonds, bond issuance programs, regulatory capital, covered bonds, hybrid instruments, IPOs, secondary offerings and block trades.
Azanza’s in-depth knowledge of the market, coupled with its technical strength, has enabled it to build long-lasting relationships of trust with its clients, which include financial institutions as well as multinationals and large Spanish companies. Azanza has a high international profile and has been recurrently involved in multi-jurisdictional transactions.
