CMS Portugal advises T&S on purchase of LNTD
CMS Portugal has advised the Strasbourg based European consulting group, Technology & Strategy, on the purchase of the Portuguese technology consulting firm, Lisbon Nearshore.
The law firm’s team responsible for this advisory, included Francisco Xavier de Almeida, corporate m&a partner, David Apolónia, senior associate, André Guimarães, associate and Santiago Iturriaga, trainee.
Francisco Xavier de Almeida said, “we were very pleased to participate in this operation, which shows, once again, that Portuguese technology companies are on the radar of international investors. The sellers were advised by PRA-Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados, a law firm that had Leila Grácio, corporate partner coordinating the operation, and by the lawyers Filipa Loureiro and Frederico Pestana.
