CMS Portugal advises on Silverkeel first investment in Portugal
CMS Portugal advised Silverkeel acting on behalf of a Belgian family office in its first investment in Portugal, a new prime co-living and coworking space in Principe Real in Lisbon.
The opening of this new 1200 sqm space under the new SoHome brand will have 30 rooms intended for young professionals and digital nomads including great common space such as co-working, a large garden and a cafe.
To advise CMS relied on the lawyers João Pinheiro da Silva, partner of the real estate team and Sandra Teixeira Arsénio, real estate associate.
