CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo advises on the acquisition of Esteve Teijin Healthcare
CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised Nippon Gases Group, Europe’s leading industrial and medical gases company, in the acquisition, through its subsidiary Oximesa, of Esteve Teijin Healthcare, a joint venture specialized in home respiratory therapies.
This agreement will combine ETH’s expertise in respiratory therapies with the leadership of Nippon Gases, strengthening its presence in the industry.
In Spain, the integration of Oximesa and ETH will allow for expanded regional coverage with minimal overlap, maximizing the potential of both organizations to drive growth.
The team advising on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction was led by tax partner Ricardo Héctor and corporate M&A partner Irene Miró.
