CMS advises CoBe on the sale of Techco to Securitas

CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo advised CoBe Capital on the sale of Techco to the Securitas Group for €20M

 

Madrid-based Techco was a part of the American group Cobe Capital since 2015. Its activity includes the installation, maintenance and integration of security and fire protection systems, as well as connection to the alarm reception centre. Techco has a maintenance portfolio of 44,000 installations. In 2018, it had a turnover of 48 million euros with a staff of 550 employees.
