CMS advises Axians on the acquisition of Infocontrol´s Energy business

CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut has advised Axians on the acquisition of Infocontrol-Eletrónica e Automatismo´s Energy Systems business unit


CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut advised Axians, a brand of VINCI Energies dedicated to information and communication technologies and to the challenge of digital transformation, on the acquisition process of the Energy Systems business unit of Infocontrol – Eletrónica e Automatismo, S.A. Infocontrol – Eletrónica e Automatismo, S.A., founded in 1984, has an Energy Systems business unit dedicated to the development and commercialisation of energy quality and control systems.

The company has a team of highly qualified collaborators dedicated to integration, exclusively for the national market, of leading international partners in various areas where they develop activities. This team uses differentiated digital tools to improve the performance, security and reliability of the operation of electricity networks, in the current context of energy transition and global call for environmental sustainability.
