CMS acts for Ingenico on IECISA acquisition

CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo advised payment services company Ingenico Group on the acquisition of IECISA Electronic Payment System.

IECISA Electronic Payment System is the business unit of Informática El Corte Inglés, the technology and digital division of the El Corte Inglés Group.

IECISA Electronic Payment System processes some 360 million transactions each year from 46,000 terminals deployed in various sectors, including retail, supermarkets, tourism, leisure and public administration.
