Clio teams up with WOW in Spain
Legal technology provider Clio has partnered with Madrid-based consultancy WOW Legal Experience to support Spanish law firms adopting its AI-powered legal technology platform. The agreement will provide implementation, migration and training services for Clio Work and Clio Manage, which were launched in Spain in September under the vLex, part of Clio, brand.
The partnership is designed to help firms manage the operational challenges associated with legal tech adoption, including data migration, workflow redesign and user training.
“Every legal market needs local support, and Spain is no exception,” said Ferran Sala, general manager of Clio in Spain. “Law firms want to speak with people who understand the nuances of legal practice and business in their market. WOW Legal Experience has been doing that work in Spain for years.
According to Clio, the initiative is particularly relevant for smaller firms, as 88% of Spanish law firms have five or fewer lawyers, meaning many lack dedicated resources to oversee technology transitions.
WOW Legal Experience, which has a team of 40 professionals, will support firms with the migration of documents and case data, workflow configuration and AI-focused training programmes delivered in Spanish.
