Clifford Chance advises on the sale of the Bonaire shopping centre in Valencia

Clifford Chance has advised Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on the sale of the Bonaire shopping centre, located in Valencia, to Castellana Properties, a Spain-based REIT subsidiary of Vukile Property Fund, for the amount of EUR 305 million.

The completion of the transaction takes place after being initially delayed due to the effects of the flooding in Valencia in October 2024, once the shopping centre’s activity resumed.

The firms team was led by partner Carlos Portocarrero, together with associate Itziar Kraus and trainee Paula Abad from the Real Estate department.
