Mariscal advises Tadiran Group and Volta Solar on the entry in the Spanish market
The Israeli companies Tadiran Group and Volta Solar join forces to enter in the Spanish market in the renewable energy sector by means of a joint venture agreement. This joint venture aims to be a long-term relationship between these entities to extend their know-how and expertise in Spain, starting on the solar self-consumption market.
The Spanish entity is already working on several projects in the field of the industrial solar self-consumption, working on several agreements of PPA and EPC.
Mariscal Abogados has advices both companies on their entry in Spain, drafting the agreements and corporate changes required under Spanish law, so that both companies have the relevant stake through a Spanish entity. The team has been formed by Irene Terrazas, Ruth Trullenque and junior associate Guillermo Contreras.
