Clifford Chance advises DWF on the acquisition of RCD
Clifford Chance advised international firm DWF on the integration of Rousaud Costas Durán for €50.5 million
Through this acquisition, DWF will establish offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia, with all 40 of RCD’s partners and more than 400 people joining DWF. RCD announced it had agreed an exclusive association with DWF in June this year.
The operation involved a multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary team led by Javier Amantegui (pictured) and Ana Torres, partner and counsel in M&A, also with the aid of Cristina González, José Maria Vilaseca, Aina Gómez, Francisco Ruiz, Maria Viñas, Carme Briera, Juan Cuerva, Manel Santilari, Fernando Cerdà, Carlos Zabala and Sonia Trendafilova from the Spanish office, Daud Khan and Alanna Hunter from the London office and Frederik Mühl and Friedrich von Bülow from Clifford Chance Germany.
