Clifford Chance acts for Forestalia on €50m wind farms sale

Clifford Chance advised Forestalia on the sale of eight wind farms located in the Spanish autonomous community of Aragón to Repsol.

The windfarms, which have a total capacity of 350 megawatts, were sold for a total of €50 million.
