Clifford Chance acting for Asterion on €550m Telefónica deal

Clifford Chance is advising Spanish infrastructure fund Asterion on the acquisition of a portfolio of 11 data centers from Telefónica.

The data centres are located in Spain, the US, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Chile and Mexico.

The portfolio is valued at €550 million.

The Clifford Chance Madrid team advising on the deal included Javier Amantegui (pictured), Javier Olábarri, Guillermo Guardia and Begoña Barrantes.
