Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão reinforces department of Public and Environment. João Prista Guerra has a degree in Law from the Porto school of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a Master’s degree in Administrative Law and Public Procurement from the Lisbon school of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. João Prista Guerra has also completed an LL.M. (Masters of Laws) in Public Law at the University College London (UCL) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Administrative Law and Public Procurement from the Lisbon school of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
