Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão hires João Marques as of counsel
Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão has reinforced their Privacy, Digital and Technology team with the arrival of João Marques as of counsel
João Marques (pictured) has been hired by Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão. He was previously a Member of the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD), a position he held until July 2020. Jõao holds a degree in Law from the University of Coimbra.
João Marques was a member of the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD) where, he served as a Member of the Joint Supervisory Body of EUROJUST, Member of the Superior Statistical Council, President of the Permanent Section of the Statistical Secrecy of the Superior Statistical Council and also Representative of CNPD in the various subgroups of the European Committee for Data Protection that it integrates.
