Ceca Magán adds tax director in Vigo office
Ceca Magán has brought on Natalia Fernández as Tax Director at its Vigo office, strengthening the firm’s fiscal capabilities in northwest Spain. The appointment targets the growing demand for high-value tax and legal advisory services from an increasingly internationalised business community in Galicia.
Fernández specialises in international taxation, corporate tax, tax planning, business restructurings, and M&A transactions. Throughout her career she has advised primarily industrial-sector companies, supporting them through growth, expansion, and corporate reorganisation processes. Her background spans both external advisory firms and in-house tax management roles, giving her a comprehensive understanding of companies’ fiscal needs.

Fernández holds a Law degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) and a Master’s in Corporate Tax Advisory from IE Business School. Her dual experience in consulting and in-house environments has shaped a practice oriented towards strategic, business-focused advice.
