CCSL strengthens Corporate and M&A area

CCSL Advogados has strengthened its Corporate and M&A area with the hiring of Frederico Félix Alves

Frederico Félix Alves (pictured) is the latest addition to the Corporate and M&A team at CCSL Advogados. The lawyer joins the firm as of counsel from TELLES.

Alves worked as a senior lawyer in the Corporate/M&A area at TELLES, since 2015. Previously, Alves has practiced at Abreu & Marques, Vinhas and worked as deputy to the Secretary of State for Internal Administration, in the XIX Constitutional Government. .

Alves has more than fifteen years of professional experience, having focused his activity on the areas of M&A, Corporate Finance and Private Equity, advising national and international clients in various sectors of activity, including Venture Capital, Investment Funds, Financial Institutions and Corporate clients. Frederico also has extensive experience in Regulatory and Compliance issues.
