CCSL promotes three lawyers to senior associate

CCSL Advogados has promoted Pedro Leitão da Mota, Francisco Burguete and Sofia Martins dos Santos to senior associate

CCSL Advogados has promoted three of its lawyers to senior associate. The are (pictured from left to right), Pedro Leitão da Mota (Tax), Francisco Burguete (Commercial and Corporate) and Sofia Martins dos Santos (Regulatory and Litigation).

For José Calejo Guerra, managing partner of CCSL Advogados, “the promotion of these associates reflects the recognition of the work and dedication of these elements of our team, who have contributed a lot, to the growth of our office.”

José Calejo Guerra adds: “People are naturally our greatest asset, and that is why we have to recognise the work of our team, whether through career progression, as is the case now with these rises to senior associate, or also through initiatives of a continuous nature, such as our internal training programme, which includes more technical subjects, but also the strengthening of soft skills, or other complementary programmes, such as the mentoring program that we implemented at the office last year.”
