CCR advises Aquinos on H&F deal
Portuguese law firm CCR Legal advised Aquinos group on the acquisition of French company H&F (Home and Furniture).
Portugal-based Aquinos group is a producer of sofas and mattresses. The French company H&F was created in 1993 and has a turnover of around €100 million.
The CCR team included managing partner Cristina Cabral Ribeiro (pictured) and associate Isabel Coelho dos Santos.
They firm received legal support from fellow members of the PwC network in the countries where H&F is present: France, Poland and China.
