Baker McKenzie advising Holaluz on potential MAB listing

Baker McKenzie is advising trading company Holaluz on a potential listing on Spain’s alternative stock market Mercado Alternativo Bursatil (MAB).

Holaluz currently has more than 200,000 clients throughout Spain. The firm’s annual turnover stands at around €180 million.

The Baker McKenzie team advising Holaluz includes lawyers Ignacio Corujo (pictured) and Carlos Martín.

Holaluz has instructed JB Capital to help in the search for new investors.
