CCA Ontier instructed on Setúbal hospital sale
Lisbon-based CCA Ontier advised property company Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Azeitão on the sale of Nossa Senhora da Arrábida Hospital and accommodation provider Porto Salus to the Orpea Group.
Hospital de Nossa Senhora da Arrábida and Porto Salus are both located in Setúbal – Porto Salus provides accommodation for patients needing palliative care.
Porto Salus is the result of a partnership between Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Azeitão and Visabeira Saúde. It includes a residential care unit and a health care unit and a physical therapy centre.
