CC counsels banks on €100m Fiteni financing
Clifford Chance has advised Banco Santander, S.A. (as Coordinator, Sole Book-Runner and Agent); Novo Banco, S.A., Succursale Luxembourg; Bankinter, S.A. and Alantra – Real Estate Debt Fund on the envisaged €100 million financing to be granted to Fiteni, S.L. to refinance its existing financing and other subsidiaries’ financing
