CC & Pinsent Masons advise on Värde’s sale of its stake in La Finca
Clifford Chance has advised Värde Partners on sale to La Finca Global Assets, who were advised by Pinsent Masons
Clifford Chance has advised Mansfield Invest SOCIMI, a company ultimately controlled by Värde Partners, on the sale to Grupo LaFinca of a 37.78% stake in La Finca Global Assets for €130 million, (of which €2 million are contingent).
Finca Global Assets owns 11 buildings in Madrid’s central business district, as well as LaFinca Business Park, one of the largest business parks in Europe, located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, offering more than 225,000 m2 of prime offices.
The operation is expected to close on February 15, 2022, once the conditions precedent to which the sale is subject, are met.
A multidisciplinary team from Clifford Chance has participated in the operation and was led by Corporate partner Luis Alonso (pictured left), together with Javier Olábarri, Jorge Martín and Josep Massana. They have been supported by Carlos Portocarrero on Real Estate matters, Pablo Serrano de Haro and Julia Villalón on Tax matters, as well as Rodrigo Uría and María Sabau on Financing matters.
