CBRE instructs Abreu Advogados on Setúbal warehouse acquisition

Abreu Advogados advised CBRE Global Investors on the acquisition of a 36,700-square metre logistics warehouse in Setúbal, Portugal.

The transaction was a sale-leaseback deal involving the distribution company Decathlon.

The warehouse is close to Setubal’s harbour and the railway network, with direct road connections to the north and south of Portugal and to Spain. The building is divided into 33,200-square metres of warehouses and 3,500-square metres of retail.

With this acquisition, CBRE Global Investors increases its logistics portfolio in the Iberian Peninsula to 29 assets under management, exceeding 600,000 square metres.
