Araoz & Rueda recruit real estate partner from Baker & McKenzie

Baker & McKenzie real estate partner Jesús Conde has left the firm to join Araoz & Rueda.

 

Conde, who was a partner at Baker & McKenzie for seven years, will head the real estate department at his new firm.

Conde’s expertise includes real estate acquisitions, office and retail leases, sale and leaseback structures, and construction and development-related projects.

Prior to joining Baker & McKenzie, Conde was a senior associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
