Caro & Asociados integrates B law & tax
Caro & Asociados, the Peruvian law firm, has completed the integration of B Law & Tax, a Madrid-based boutique specialising in international tax and legal advisory, in a move that deepens the firm’s presence in Spain and strengthens its cross-border capabilities between Europe and Latin America.
As part of the integration, Alfonso Garrido, founding partner and director of B Law & Tax since 2005, and Inmaculada Pineda, managing partner, will remain with the firm as partners, ensuring continuity of client relationships and local expertise. Garrido has extensive experience in tax advisory for domestic and international companies and individuals, while Pineda‘s practice focuses on business groups, high-net-worth clients, foreign investors and investment structures in Spain.
B Law & Tax will initially retain its name as part of a phased integration strategy designed to preserve its market positioning while operating within a broader international platform.
The transaction was advised by Diferencia Legal and Hampton Headhunting, whose roles centred on introducing the parties and supporting the negotiation process.
