Coming from Ramón y Cajal Abogados, where he was a partner, Gutiérrez previously held the same role at Broseta and Baker & McKenzie. With an extensive career in the financial sector, he has advised leading companies and high-profile transactions, mainly within the industrial and real estate sectors.
In addition to his private practice experience, Gutiérrez has also worked as in-house legal counsel for various financial institutions, providing him with a comprehensive perspective on the industry. He holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s in Corporate Finance from ESADE Business School.
Furthermore, he has served as Secretary of the Board at Bizum, Spain’s leading digital payments platform, further solidifying his expertise in the financial sector.
