Caiado Guerreiro advises on TÜV Austria’s acquisition of Setinsp

Caiado Guerreiro’s team followed the process from the Due Diligence phase to the negotiation, contract drafting and execution of the purchase.

Following the policy of implementing TÜV Austria’s business in Portugal, Caiado Guerreiro assisted the Austrian company on acquiring Setinsp, a leading Portuguese firm, to inspect and certify gas installations. With this acquisition, TÜV Austria expands its portfolio of solutions and strengthens its position in the Iberian Peninsula market.
