Broseta hires Concep Espinás as Head of the Labor Law Practice
Broseta continues to expand its presence in Barcelona with the appointment of Concep Espinás Martínez-Tassis as the new Partner and Head of the Labor Law Practice in the firm’s Catalan office, led by partner Carlos Salinas (pictured). This strategic move, first reported by market sources and later confirmed by the firm, reinforces Broseta’s position as a leading legal advisory firm in the region.
Espinás joins Broseta from PwC Tax & Legal, where she led the labor practice. She brings extensive experience in labor law, having advised both private companies and public sector entities on collective bargaining processes, diversity, and inclusion matters.
Commenting on the appointment, Manuel Broseta, President of the firm, stated: “The addition of a professional like Concep Espinás not only strengthens our practice but also allows us to take a significant step forward in consolidating our position as a leading legal firm in Barcelona.”
Rosa Vidal, Managing Partner of Broseta, added: “Our firm continues to attract highly skilled lawyers who drive the growth of strategic practice areas while significantly enhancing our ability to serve clients.”
Broseta established its Barcelona office three years ago through the integration of a team of over 50 professionals. The firm now has seven partners in its Catalan office, providing comprehensive legal services, with expertise in labor law, technology, real estate, urban planning, M&A, and more.
In addition to Barcelona, Broseta operates in Madrid and Valencia, with international offices in Lisbon (Portugal) and Zurich (Switzerland).
With Espinás leading the Labor Law Practice, Broseta reinforces its commitment to expanding its capabilities and delivering top-tier legal solutions to clients in Barcelona and beyond.
