Broseta advises Node.ai on €1.5M funding round
Broseta has advised Node.ai on a €1.5 million financing round led by ZMEX Capital Management through its Luxembourg vehicle. The transaction will support Node.ai’s product development, team expansion, and reinforcement of its presence in Spain, Switzerland, and other European markets with a strong concentration of private banking, asset management, and family offices.
Node.ai is a company specialising in artificial intelligence applied to asset portfolio management and private markets. Its technology automates analysis, valuation, and investment monitoring processes, significantly reducing analysis times and manual reporting tasks.
