Broseta advises Enerside on insolvency filing
Broseta has advised Enerside on the presentation of its voluntary insolvency proceedings, accompanying the company through a process aimed at reorganizing its financial situation and safeguarding its interests within the insolvency framework.
Broseta’s legal advice covered the analysis of alternatives, the definition of the procedural strategy and the preparation of the documentation required to file the insolvency petition, providing support to the company throughout all phases of the process.
