BPV Abogados advises on a €1m financing round

BPV Abogados has advised on the entry of Sener in the shareholding of 5G Ventures, a european venture builder specialised in investments in advanced connectivity startups, through a €1m financing round.

Following completion of the financing round, 5G Ventures will increase its portfolio with two new startups that will create robotics products for the agrotech and micro mobility sectors.

In addition, the capital injection will help to boost current projects in advanced connectivity for 5G private networks, industrial cybersecurity and edge computing.

The BPV Abogados commercial team advising on this deal was formed by the partner, Juan Blanc Furest (pictured) and the lawyer, Maria Gratacós Graugés.
