Bird & Bird advises Voltan and Henko on Atlas acquisition
Bird & Bird has advised Voltan, an energy infrastructure technical services company owned by Spanish fund Henko Partners, on the acquisition of Atlas Innovative Engineering.
Atlas provides digitization and monitoring services for T&D and forestry assets to reduce risk and improve efficiency, with the proposition of improving performance, as well as the health and safety of its employees. This is the fifth acquisition driven by the Spanish private equity fund since it formed Voltan in 2021.
The Bird & Bird team was formed by partner Santiago Lardiés and associates Julieta Bermúdez and José Luis Quintanilla.
