BDO counsels Deltalab on Equilabo´s majority stake aquisition

BDO Abogados has counseled Deltalab on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Murcia-based company Equilabo Scientific

Equilabo operates in the clinical and laboratory equipment sector.

Deltalab is a company specialized in the manufacture and marketing of laboratory products based in Rubí (Barcelona).

The value of the transaction has not been disclosed yet.
