BDO Abogados appoints Javier Ramón as Head of Public Law

This expansion has solidified the department as a cornerstone of the firm’s development, supported by a team of over 15 highly skilled professionals.
Javier Ramón joined BDO Abogados in October 2022, bringing over 20 years of expertise in public law, with a focus on urban planning and contentious-administrative litigation. He also served as a professor of financial and tax law for more than five years at the CEU San Pablo University, where he completed doctoral studies in the field. Additionally, Ramón advises various regional and local administrations on urban planning, public procurement, and public administration matters. He is a member of the Urban Planning Commission of the Madrid Real Estate Developers Association (ASPRIMA) and has authored numerous publications and conducted training courses on public law and urban planning.
