BAYLOS signs ANDEMA´s head as BD lead

The new partner of BAYLOS Abogados, José Antonio Moreno Campos, joins the firm headed by David Gómez to lead the firm´s new Business Development area

 

According to the firm, José Antonio Moreno Campos is a recognised expert in Industrial Property with more than 18 years of experience in which he has combined his work as a lawyer, Industrial Property agent and as a manager, always in the associative field. In addition to his more than 10 years as the head of the Association for the Defence of Trademarks (ANDEMA), chaired by Rosa Tous, he also has eight years of experience as director of the Legal department of the Spanish Wine Federation.

This is a strategic signing for BAYLOS, with which it reinforces its presence in the main institutions and associations of the sector, such as GAGC (Global Anti-counterfeiting Network Group), AIM (Association des Industries de Marque) or the European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights, redoubling its efforts to offer its clients a comprehensive and excellent service, in line with the international profile of the firm.

 José Antonio Moreno Campos (pictured) is a Law graduate from the Universidad de Granada, and also a regular lecturer at national and international forums on subjects such as Industrial Property, intangible assets, innovation and the fight against counterfeiting – giving numerous training courses for Security Forces and Corps – as well as teaching at various institutions.
