BAS promotes Marco Aurélio Constantino to partner

Portuguese law firm BAS has promoted Marco Aurélio Constantino (pictured) to partner.

 

Constantino, who has been with BAS since the firm was founded in 2010, specialises in health law and has significant experience in the area of medical liability.

He also has experience in the areas of data protection, administrative litigation and administrative law.

Constantino’s promotion means BAS now has 10 partners.

BAS managing partner Artur Felipe da Silva says the appointment was a recognition to Constantino´s “contribution to the law firm, dedication and alignment with BAS’ values and mission statement”.
