Barrilero advises Tikedo on Spanish acquisitions and Barcelona launch

Bufete Barrilero y Asociados has advised Tikedo, an industrial group controlled by private equity fund White Bridge Investments II, on the acquisition of the business units of three Spanish companies operating in the self-adhesive labels sector: CMYK Grafica, Etiquetas Alvilab and Etyprinter.

The transaction was structured as an asset deal and has resulted in the creation of Tikedo Barcelona, which integrates the industrial and commercial assets, as well as the workforce, of the acquired businesses.

Tikedo was advised by Bufete Barrilero y Asociados on legal matters, while Deloitte carried out financial and tax due diligence. Anthesis and Proj.Eco were involved in health, safety and environmental due diligence.

Transaction details

Following the transaction, Tikedo has expanded its presence in Spain, particularly in Catalonia, through a single operating platform with consolidated revenues of approximately €4 million.

The platform combines flexographic, digital and typographic printing capabilities.
