Barrilero rebrands and targets 20% revenue growth

Spanish law firm Barrilero has launched a full rebranding to mark its 35th anniversary, as part of a broader strategy to strengthen its positioning as a global legal firm and support its expansion across the Iberian market.

The firm has simplified its name from Bufete Barrilero y Asociados to Barrilero, reflecting what it describes as the natural evolution of the organisation over the past three decades from a traditional law office into a global legal practice.

The rebranding comes at a time of strategic growth for the firm, which currently counts more than 350 lawyers and expects to increase its revenue by around 20% this year. The move also follows Barrilero’s recent strategic integration agreement with Portuguese firm SPS, aimed at strengthening its presence across the Iberian Peninsula.

According to managing partner Eduardo Barrilero, the new identity reflects the firm’s ambition to align its image with its current positioning and future direction in an increasingly globalised legal market.

“This comprehensive renewal of our brand reflects the firm’s natural evolution and our forward-looking vision. We continue to uphold the values that have always defined us — legal rigour, client proximity and professional excellence — while projecting them through a more contemporary identity aligned with the challenges of today’s market,” Barrilero said.
