Baptista Luz Advogados advises Applar Tecnologia Ltda on Lar.app’s $1,165 Million Seed Financing Round
Brazilian law firm Baptista Luz Advogados advised Applar Tecnologia Ltda on Lar.app’s $1,165 Million (BRL 4 million) Seed Financing Round.
LAR.app received a BRL 4m capital injection in its first funding round, led by the Germany-based venture capital fund Global Founders Capital. Also participating in the round were angel investors Brian Requarth, from VivaReal; Bruno Nardon, from Rappi; Sergio Furio, from Creditas; and Vinicius Ferriani, from Gympass.
Founded in 2018, LAR.app operates in the complete digitalization of condominium management. Currently, the company offers monthly plans starting at BRL 700 for the Essential Plan, which includes financial, eSocial management, digital services and extrajudicial charges, and the Exclusive Plan, starting at BRL 2,000, with all the services of the previous one. It also covers legal aid, property and insurance control and the hiring of personnel.
The resources will be destined to the expansion of the operation and improvements in the condominium management platform.
