Banco Santander instructs WFW on Solarpack deal

Watson Farley & Williams’ Madrid office advised Banco Santander on the financing of the partial acquisition from Solarpack Corporación Tecnológica of two photovoltaic plants in Peru.

The plants have a combined capacity of 44.9 megawatts.

The Watson Farley & Williams team was led by partner Rodrigo Berasategui. The team also included Antonio Cáneva, Laura Fontán, Beltrán Silva Parladé.

Miranda & Amado advised on the Peruvian law aspects of the deal.
