Baker McKenzie tax partner leaves for Roca Junyent

Roca Junyent has recruited Baker McKenzie tax partner Raúl Salas.

Salas was head of Baker McKenzie’s Madrid tax department. His expertise includes M&A transactions and tax unit regimes, particularly those related to the automotive and financial services industry

Salas (pictured) began his career at Landwell PriceWaterhousecoopers in 1995, joining Baker McKenzie in 2005. He was appointed a partner at Baker McKenzie in 2006.

Also making the move from Baker McKenzie to Roca Junyent are tax lawyers Elena Ferrer-Sama and Pilar Vacas.
